Thank you for your interest in the class action wage lawsuit against Bill Blakeslee and Blakeslee Vineyard Estate, Inc. The lawsuit was filed on December 5, 2022, and is currently pending in Multnomah County Circuit Court of the State of Oregon, Case No. 22CV41323.

The lawsuit alleges that Blakeslee intentionally and illegally deducted employees’ wages and failed to pay employees all their wages at the end of their employment. Under Oregon law, employers who commit wage violations may be required to pay back the illegally deducted wages plus substantial penalties. If you were underpaid wages by Blakeslee at any time since December 5, 2016, we expect that you will be included as a class member and be eligible for payment upon court certification of the lawsuit as a class action.
